    • but if i died first, they will suffer, so i shall tell myself, that i am doing them a favour. Atleast they will not feel without me if they pass on earlier.

    • Sometimes i wonder what will happen if my mom isnt around.

Because im close to her....  shes the only person in my family that im close to.
I bet I'd change to a complete different person if shes gone. I dont know.

I try not to think too much.

but what do you mean by 'prepare' ?  and how to prepare?

I just have this thought since last time.. because if shes gone, i dont have anyone to talk to in the family anymore. Maybe just my younger bro.

    • hmm there were a few times when i think about this topic out the blue, and especially one day everyone will die including yourself, kept thinking what will happen when i m old or near that stage haha. Funny thing is i only think of all these when trying to fall asleep at night.

    • TS: why are you having such a negative thoughts about it?

does it means that you're worried about you not able to fend for yourself?

since this is giving you headache..and you want to do your parents a favour..

why not take this chance to grow yourself in mental and emotional wellness..thus you will become a better child and a better adult-to-be..

    • Make the most of the time you have with them right now. It's going to happen eventually and it's going to suck when it does. Is there anyway to prepare for that ?

      Not really.

    • one of my working mates, a 40s man, almost double my age , both his parents passed away. He never married. According to him, such loneliness can be dealth with if

      1) involve in charity

      2) Involve in politics

      3) involve with a girl

      4) having memories of a past love and living with it.

    • Its normal to have that fear, I am also scared of that. So wad I suggest and do is to treasure them from now on. But i think if we are finanically well off, it becomes easier, don't you all agree?

    • The future is uncertain. However, i think human beings are incredibile creatures who can adapt to whatever cirumstances given. We couldn't died of loneliness because we still have friends and plently of activities that we can pour our energy into to enrich and live our life meaningfully.
