Have you ever stop and think whether it really is possible for two people who perhaps know each other for more than 4 or 5 years, to actually have feelings for each other later on?. Like maybe just one day you see two of your long term friends become couples instead. Sounds a lil weird, but what do you think?

I got two classmates who used to quarrel in class everyday.. even go poly also like that. But end up set up a family with kids now.. Nothing weird at all.
Important is understand each other and accept each other for what they are.
Sometime in relationship ppl always said we love each other but actually they don't understand each other. When start out with friends the relationship will build a stronger foundation as we know each other more. And understand the good and bad of each other.

Yes, it can happen. There can be more than one reason for it happening, but just to answer your question the possibility is definitely there.
