SMRT to introduce six new premium bus services
SINGAPORE: Commuters living in Toa Payoh, Sunset Way, Choa Chu Kang, Bukit Panjang and Hougang can look forward to more options when travelling to work in the morning from September 8.
SMRT is introducing six new premium bus services, in response to higher demand.
These services will run from the heartlands to Jurong East, Orchard Road, Shenton Way and Robinson Road during morning peak hours on weekdays. Fares range between S$3.50 and S$4.50.
SMRT said ridership for its premium bus services has grown by more than 10 per cent since April this year. - CNA/so

Shall see what SMRT would provide for the Toa Payoh one, sekali some Coaster, it serves Lor 1 and 2 which is served by MRT, of which it takes 15 mins to reach Raffles Place from Braddell (provided you get on the first train which arrives). At least 535 serves the portion of Toa Payoh with more people and without MRT.
