      Is S$3000 good for CSE position? Since I am not familiar with local market, I need your advise on the salary, please.

      call centre environment with a bank? Telco? logistics/services companies?

      inbound or outbound calls?

      doing x-selling (if inbound)?

      doing telesales?

      Probably between $1800 to $2300. You can check WDA's website they should have some details.

      WDA website not accurate one.

      CSOs in some banks are generally degree level. Pay higher than CSOs in telcos, whom generally are diploma grads.

      airgrinder, job: order fulfilment, support sales, response to customer enquiry on quotation, delivery, quality, etc..

      Honestly, it depends very much on the job scope. When you are paid higher, you are expected to cover wider scope of the job. Average S$2.5k  to S2.8k

      FYI, job scope: order fulfilment, support sales, response to customer enquiry on quotation, delivery, quality, etc..

       

      basically as focal point of company supply&demand, externally with customers and internally with departments and overseas facilities sales..........typical
