wah damn. i just tio red letter from HDB saying that i got summon have to pay. i nv got any summon slip or paper or watever shit, where the hell i got summon???
this happens on the 21st aug. that day i buy dinner to my gf house at 9pm. i put 1x 50cents coupon until 9.30pm. i leave my gf house at 9.30pm and reach the car at 9.32pm. when i was about to leave, a carpark attentant was standing opposite my car talking to a malay guy doing his bike. when he see me starting engine, he come towards my car, and check my coupon. then i ask him, yes wat can i help. he nv answer me. he write something on his note book or watever. then he just walk off. so nvm. i drive off and went to fetch my gf's mum. and by the time i come back to her house is 10pm. i stayed at her place till 11pm then i go back home.
now i just got a red letter from HDB. it says i park in a coupon parking place without displaying vaild parking coupon(s). time of offence is 9.44pm.
WTH right??? i wasnt in that parking lot during that period of time and i nv even got any summon slip. how on earth i got summon??? during that time when the carpark attentant is looking at my car. ive already smell something fishy. i keep the coupon in my car. my gf's father ask me go appeal.

yah. appeal!!!
i know of someone who kena a speeding ticket when his car was in the office carpark the whole day
he got season parking so got the drive in drive out time logs
and carpark got cctv
so he write in with all the evidences then they just replied they may have made a mistake, sorry for inconvenience cause blah blah blah.......

Appeal will help.. u have a point to urgue why not a summon was issue to u on tat day n time itself!
Once i teared coupon jus 5 min advance from my in car clock reading.. came back 15mins later n a summon was issued to me!! I approached the attendant.. he said tat i teared 15 min in advance!! How the he!! tat i know his time was so much slower or my clock running too fast!! I appealed successful n just got a warning!
pewww... next time tear coupon must ask the attendant for their time 1st man!!
got a fren lagi worst.. ordered him to TP for questioning saying withness saw his car involved in an accident @ middle rd, but he was @ his work place @ woodland! 1or 2 rounds of questioning n interview, which my fren has to take leave to attend!.. later apologised for the inconvenient la... blar blar blar as usual..

tough luck.. i got a prking fine IN THE CARPARK AT MY HOUSE FOR WHICH I HAVE SEASON PARKING. Moral of the story.. it's ok if "other people" cheat you and claim it's a mistake, but it is not ok if you do that.
