      COE down this bidding. You can get your rebate back. most dealers don't tell the owner, check with your dealers and get your rebate. Most dealer cap at 11k to 12k, if the bid fall below the amount. You can cliam back the balance. so good luck and get some cash back.

      Is that call cheating, or that is rightful to do that by keep other money seem they did not claim it?

      hi chunseah... Not all dealers pal, some dealers jus keep it if the owner doesn't know.. or ask about it. To them its extra profit...

      Most COE bidders from dealers are like that. Once the COE drops, they will lower the COE rebate, that's how you can get a car at a cheaper price. They are smart people. They wun so easily refund the difference. They have some way of predicting next round's COE price and adjust the car prices from there accordingly.

      I'm not so worried about the COE part, so long my new prospective car have not much mechanical problems, I am thankful enough.
